Identify Needs

Three types of services are available to customers seeking to improve their work-related skills and reach their maximum earnings potential. Career development professionals at the WORKFORCE West Virginia Centers help customers identify which type of service best meets their work-related needs.

The "CORE" services include job search, placement assistance, counseling and career planning.

The "INTENSIVE" services include comprehensive assessments, counseling, and career planning.

Customers who are unable to find employment through intensive services may receive "TRAINING" services. These services include technical, occupational and basic skills training linked to job opportunities in their area.
