Avoiding/Dealing with Layoffs
Are you facing the need to reduce your workforce? We can help you maintain your image as a concerned, compassionate employer and get your employees back in the workforce quicker. The WORKFORCE West Virginia Centers and Learning Centers will provide you with trained personnel counselors to help your employees deal with the effects of a layoff through a transition period.
A very successful service that is provided by the Learning Centers is the informational meetings.
Additionally, the WORKFORCE West Virginia Centers and Learning Centers will work with you to explore your opportunities to avoid layoffs. We will work with you to develop an action plan that helps you keep the employees you do have and increase productivity and efficiency.
